The Makita drill features a 6.5 Amp motor for heavy-duty continuous work. Variable speed trigger enables the user to control the operating speed from 0 to 550 RPM to suit a wide variety of applications. Metal gear housing endures tough jobsite conditions. Side handle can be connected to either side of the tool for better operating control. The 1/2 Inch drill chuck encourages positive bit retention.
